In this research, a discussion is promoted regarding concepts, theories and main works that deal with the phenomenon of Entrepreneurial University, aim arousing instigations reflections for development future research on theme. The contributions are formulation frame presentation three predominant theoretical models, considering first uses Institutional Theory, second, Systems third, junction these. To these it associated approaches, used analysis different objects at University.
